Responsibilities
Sales and Operations Management:
Develop and execute regional strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability goals. \xc2\xb7 Drive store-level accountability for meeting and exceeding sales targets, including driving average transaction value (ATV), conversion rates, and sales productivity metrics.
Ensure exceptional customer experience across all stores, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor and manage store-level operational and financial performance, including sales, gross margins, labor costs, inventory levels, shrink, and other KPIs.
Identify opportunities for operational improvements, such as inventory management, store layout, merchandising, and staffing levels.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, supply chain, and finance to ensure effective execution of corporate initiatives.
Team Management:
Manage a team of Store Managers, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure that each store is achieving its sales and operational goals.
Develop a culture of high-performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across all stores.
Foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment, supporting employee engagement and retention.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage the regional budget, ensuring that all expenses are managed effectively and efficiently.
Monitor and manage store-level P&Ls, including sales, gross margins, labor costs, inventory levels, shrink, and other KPIs.
Develop and execute regional pricing strategies, ensuring that pricing is competitive, profitable, and aligned with corporate guidelines.
Manage inventory levels and turns, ensuring that stores have the right merchandise at the right time to meet customer demand.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure that all stores comply with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
Manage risk and safety issues, including security, hazardous materials, and emergency preparedness.
Conduct regular audits of stores to identify potential compliance or safety issues and take appropriate action to mitigate any risks.
