Reporting to the Shared Services Lead, as a Shared Services Officer, responsible for processing suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 invoices, inquiries and issues, and all other Accounts Payable initiatives in a timely and professional manner as well contributing to the efficient performance of the company\xe2\x80\x99s Accounts Receivable processes.

In addition, this role will cover assistance with debtor management, timely and accurate processing of employee expense reimbursement claims, clear and concise communication with our vendors and Bradken employees, and accurately coding and recording /processing invoices to help facilitate on-time payments allowing accurate Cash Forecasting. Reconciliation of purchase orders and receipting.

Utilizing your previous experience within Account Payable functions you will Contribute to the success of continuous improvement initiatives within the finance team. In addition, maintain accurate Vendor Account Reconciliations that balance back to the vendor\xe2\x80\x99s statement and respond to Accounts Payable queries from both Vendors and other department personnel on a timely basis.

Using your attention to detail, coordination, and time management skills you will help contribute to a high-functioning team and its success.

Key Criteria:

• Diploma in Finance
• Min 1-3 years of Experience as an Accounts Payable Officer or equivalent role
• Strong Data entry Skillset
• High attention to detail & an ability to manage own workload and hit required deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels
