Do you love challenges?
\xe2\x96\xa0 Perform a First Level Administration & Support on SAP, Cloud Infrastructure Services, Database Services, Application & other platforms (System check, monthly reporting, managing alerts escalation from monitoring team, perform troubleshooting on incident management and etc.
\xe2\x96\xa0 Support incident / service request tickets in the ticketing system for further processing according to SLA Monitor the processing status of customer\'s requests / incidents
\xe2\x96\xa0 Forwarding / escalating customer\'s requests to the responsible team(s)
\xe2\x96\xa0 Regularly provide the customer with a regular status update (for example, troubleshooting or process handling)
\xe2\x96\xa0 Performing customers\' system maintenance/activity
Be responsible as Queue Manager role to manage the ticket queue and Critical P1 incident escalation management process
\xe2\x96\xa0 Assist in Root Cause Analysis reporting
\xe2\x96\xa0 Involved in Change and Problem Management processes
\xe2\x96\xa0 Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
\xe2\x96\xa0 Minimum of 1 year working experience in IT, Information Technology
Possess good communication skills (written and verbal)
\xe2\x96\xa0 Able to adapt to a process-oriented mindset in a Global environment
\xe2\x96\xa0 Willing to learn and be dynamic to new challenges, in line with organization\'s expansion plans
\xe2\x96\xa0 Extrovert personality is highly preferred (social, outgoing, etc.)
\xe2\x96\xa0 Experience in SAP Basis system will be an advantage
\xe2\x96\xa0 Required language(s): English.
