Communicate with users if insufficient details are provided. Incident Management - Review information, incidents, problems and analysis collected and escalated by IT Helpdesk team. Resolve Incident tickets with root-cause analysis, trouble-shooting and providing advises on Application system and processes Change Request Management (Enhancement and Operational CR) - Evaluate application Change Requests (CR) for enhancements and fixes . Ensure the integrity of the application system, new business practices, processes and enhancements are understood by the General Applications team. Implementing, configuring, code development and customizing enterprise portal solutions based on client requirements. Handle and deliver service request (SR), incident report (IR) and Change Requests (CR) within agreed defined SLA and KPI. Assist and support Function / team leads in planning, coordinating, and ensuring timely and quality delivery of CR enhancements As a SharePoint Architect, candidate must be able to design and create complex and sophisticated solutions utilizing Microsoft SharePoint Server 2019 and SharePoint Designer as well as various other .NET components. Utilize extensive SharePoint knowledge and experience to provide clients with high quality consulting service Provide guidance in the application lifecycle including engineering, project planning, project management, architecture and design SharePoint Web Governance, testing and quality assurance, deployment and operations. Successfully engage in the full lifecycle of Analysis, Design, Implementation and Support Receptive to performance and developmental feedback. Support the delivery of complex services, including supporting the work of colleagues JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or another field plus extensive hands-on experience 3+ years in SharePoint Administration and Architecture Design, Configuration and Implementation with SharePoint 2010-2019 1+ years of Customizing and Designing SharePoint Master Pages and custom layouts 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with customizing SharePoint site definitions Knowledge in Powershell & Dot Net Scripting and SharePoint custom feature development. Hands-on experience with SharePoint Designer workflows and customizations Experience in managing projects Knowledge of capacity planning and able to formulate scope and scale of project Strong business acumen, and able to provide solutions for business requirements Possess strong consulting and analytical skills Excellent in both spoken and written English. Good in spoken and written Bahasa and Chinese as added advantage Demonstrated consulting skills in both technical and business process decisions.
