Job Description

Requirements:

Proven experience in shell scripting in a Linux/Unix environment (=<5 years). Strong proficiency of SQL (Oracle-oriented). Understanding middleware technologies such as FTP and MQ messaging systems. Experience with job schedulers, particularly Mainframe Scheduler TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler for Z/OS), is a plus. Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems.

Good To Have:

Understanding of ITIL framework or similar service management best practices. Independent, well-organized, meticulous and responsive. Familiarity and knowledge of Citrix is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Run activity: handle and manage system alerts until resolution and process user 's requests (analyze and debug). Participate to projects and develop, maintain, and optimize scripts and SQL databases, ensuring data integrity of reconciliation applications. Troubleshoot infrastructure middleware components such as FTP servers and MQ messaging services and correspond with the infrastructure providers for fixes or incidents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in finance and technology.
