Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Basic math and computer skills (able to operate POS system).
• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred (but not required, training provided).
• Honest, reliable, and responsible in handling money and transactions.
• Friendly personality with good communication skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods during working hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily cash, card, and e-wallet transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service at the counter, including processing fuel payments and in-store purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier counter and shop area.
• Reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Assist in restocking shelves, displays, and coolers when needed.
• Report discrepancies, safety hazards, or incidents to the supervisor/manager promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
