Job Description

Seeking for safety expert for continuous monitoring and adaptation on relevant procedures and operations within comapny to ensure a safe work environment for all employees and in compliance with all policies.

• Overall responsible for the security management in compliance with Malaysia and company requirement and instruction with regards to the security of the company.
• Overall responsible for the planning, implementation, monitoring, maintaining & review of SHEQ processes.
• Act as the SHEQ Officer. Analyse incident reports, metrics and injury case studies in order to institute changes that lead to a safer environment and quality
• Manage the activities linked to the Quality Management System (QMS) and maintaining compliance with external certifications.

Great new department to pioneer|New plant setup and long term planning

• Bachelor\'s degree of Occupational Safety, Health Management, Bachelor of Science Environmental, Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent.
• Registered Safety and Health Officer (SHO) with DOSH and Greenbook holder.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in SHEQ.
• Experience working in heavy assembly, manufacturing plant is preferred.
• Able to work as an individual contributor role
