To enhance our successful Operations Team in AT&S Malaysia in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, we are looking for a passionate Shift Engineer - Production (Assembly) Your Responsibilities Responsible for high productivity of production lines by optimization of the process and tool availability, and coordinating the related technical resources Follow superior\'s decision and complete assigned task in timely manner Communicate and align the arrangement with the peer in other shifts Supervise his shift to accomplish all technical and administrative task Supervise and ensure the operational execution by the staff is completely compliance with the defined procedure and instruction Drive for the yield sustaining at shopfloor Abide the progress of production lot according to the schedule Anticipate on, and recognise and take action for events/situations that could adversely affect production efficiencies Drive for problem solving for any issue related to production in timely manner Coordinate with related department and staff to assure the shift staff hiring and qualification accomplishment to cope with production demand Ensure training to all the shift staff is systematic organized and well prepared, aiming that the trainee effectively learn and understand how to execute defined rules and task completion Information distribution and communication between operators, technicans and process engineers as well as other co-working departments Monitor and ensure the proper usage of Manufacturing Execution System Drive for operational development Supervise the vacancy planning so as to minimize production impact Manage and reduce the wastage of the production resources Implementation of TS16949 and ISO 14001, OHAS18001 Other duties assign by superior Your Profile Able to work on shift (12 hours rotation schedule) Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering or Material Science fields or equivalent Minimum 2 years experience of working in shift in relevant Semiconductor Backend Assembly e.g Solder bumping, SMT, Flip chip & etc Experience leading the shift in production environment e.g provide 1st Level issue report.
