Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for Software and Hardware support in the plant Assist engineers in maintaining system uptime & timely resolution & escalation of problems and issues Provide support to end users in maintaining IT developed system and corporate system (Oracle, Okta, Email, CrowdStrike, etc) Provide MES shop floor system support

Education & Experience

A Diploma in Computer Studies or Computer support related field or its equivalents with at least 2 years of relevant work experience for computer hardware and software support, telecommunication, email etc. Working in electronic manufacturing factor

Skills

Familiar with Microsoft MS Office and OS cloning / SCCM deployment Familiar with Dell/Lenovo computers and laptop troubleshooting Zebra/Intermec Barcode printer and HP LaserJet printer maintenance Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving

Working Conditions

This role is 100% onsite Rotating shift support (12-hours)
