Urgent Hiring Based in Malaysia !!!!! Job Title : Shift Manager. Only Malaysian Salary : 6000+ RM. At Hexa, we believe in continuous learning and development so that we, as a group and as an individual can thrive together in this rapidly changing world. : -Interface between Customer and line management for the account and must ensure high quality of the services to customer. -Ensuring KPI / SLA Fulfilment related to Network Surveillance & 1st Level troubleshooting of the events taking place on the network. -Working in NOC 24*7 (Shift Basis) and remain as single contact for communication towards NOC -Managing Customer communication and providing relevant details to internal and external stake holders -Track of Shift engineers, their tasks and deliverables -Supporting Customer and internal L2 teams in case of war-rooms, special events etc. with timely updates of the event -Managing War-room from L1 side, creating chronology and initial incident reports in case of critical/major events -Planning for and ensuring team members\xe2\x80\x99 competence enhancement -Participates in internal technical discussions in view to improve overall network performance and make recommendations wherever possible. -To handle and analyse Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions to Trouble Tickets when necessary. -Regular follow-up on the events with relevant departments working on it as per the process. Requirement: -Years of experience: 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience Core & Performance in Telco Network. -Qualifications: Degree in Electrical Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Engineering -Certifications: Any Certification related to Telecom shall be an added advantage. \xef\x82\xb7 Technical and/or functional skills: Good knowledge of service networks on LTE & 5G network, including service applications characteristics and capabilities: Service Performance indicators and their interpretation. -Leadership skills: People Management, Leader attributes.
