Job Description


To support the business success by creating and establishing the flow or Team Member Training to ensure all new members complete training plans within the specified time during employment. Perform and follow up team members assigned workstation duties to ensure quality products and services are delivered following the company standard operating procedures. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality products to our customers by ensuring each delivered product meets the Emart24 standards and accurately reflects the customer\xe2\x80\x99s order.
  • Execute administrative and cash management duties.
  • Ensure team members\xe2\x80\x99 complete understanding of all aspects of the Learning Journey.
  • Provide feedback and follow-up to confirm understanding of Emart24 Standards and Procedures.
  • Monitor\xe2\x80\x99s performance of new team members and consistently provide feedback to the management team to assist in their learning journey.
  • Effectively and consistently utilize all company communications channels, ie., email, operations bulletin, logbook to keep team members updated on all matters.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in retail/F&B line.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skills and willing to learn attitude.
  • Creative and resourceful.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: From RM2,300.00 per month
