Comply with safety and health regulations, wearing protective equipment and following standard procedures.
Repair defective moulds and spare parts while ensuring availability of spare mould parts/equipment.
Clean and properly store mould parts after repair and production use.
Maintain and properly store maintenance tools and instruments after use.
Keep the department clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards.
Perform other duties assigned by management as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM/SPVM or Technical Certificate qualification.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply / 1-2 years of working experience in a related field.
Willing to learn and able to undergo on-the-job training (OJT).
Basic knowledge in using air tools, welding torch, and measurement gauges (GO/NO GO).
Ability to perform basic reporting and documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high integrity.
Physically fit to work in a factory environment.
Positive "can-do" attitude with good attention to detail.
