Supervise employees during their shift, provide guidance and support, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
Ensure the smooth operation of daily activities, maintain a tidy workspace, and manage inventory and supplies.
Address customer requests and complaints, resolve conflicts, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Enforce company policies and safety regulations and ensure adherence to health and security protocols.
Monitor and report on issues, problems, and employee performance to upper management.

Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively
Skill in resolving issues, handling complaints, and making decisions under pressure.
Efficiently manage time and tasks to ensure productivity during the shift.
Willing to work 2 rotated shift
