Job Description

Responsible to inspect, observe, analyze and control all activities involved in the glove manufacturing operations based on the procedure requirements, work instructions and specifications. To ensure all the system, process and equipment or raw materials are operate normal according to specification and as per schedule. To supervise the operation and ensure the quality of glove produce are according to company standard requirements. To take immediate response and action if found any abnormality and report to superior. To check the samples of gloves, identify its sources, to monitor and examine the area where the problem occurred, and take effective action to solve the problem. To communicate and hand over job when taking over shift. To do trouble shooting on the daily issues in order to reduce downtime, B-grade and reject gloves in production lines. To train and brief the Leader and Operators regarding work procedure, work instruction, specification and quality standard and also to continually monitor their work performance. To update and verify all the required data into the system and complete all the required reports. To ensure the cleanliness of all equipment and also the safety of employees. To ensure proper records and documents pertaining to documented procedures. To check and monitor workers' attendance and behaviour, if any misconduct required to report to superior / Human Resource Department.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Manufacturing, Operation, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others), Chemistry, Others or equivalent. Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Tamil, Mandarin At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related position in manufacturing field. Candidate who have working experience in Glove Manufacturing will be an added advantage. Candidate must willing to work shift hour. We are looking for candidate who are energetic, committed and with good attitude.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
