Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production equipment in

testing, wafer sort, probing, tape & reel, and wet process

areas. Perform

equipment setup, calibration, and basic troubleshooting

according to standard operating procedures (SOP). Ensure products meet quality and reliability standards through

in-process inspection

and

test data verification

. Support

engineers in root cause analysis

and

process improvement activities

. Record daily production data, machine downtime, and test results accurately in the system/logsheet. Carry out

preventive maintenance (PM)

and assist maintenance team during equipment repair or conversion. Maintain 5S and safety standards in work area at all times. Work closely with production supervisors, engineers, and QA to ensure smooth shift handover and continuous operations. Provide

training or guidance to new technicians/operators

when required.

Requirements:

Diploma / Certificate in

Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering

or equivalent. Minimum

1 year of working experience

in a semiconductor manufacturing environment (testing/wafer sort/probing preferred). Basic understanding of

semiconductor testing equipment and process flow

. Familiar with

MS Office and production reporting systems

. Able to work

rotating shifts (day/night)

. Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
