Responsibilities:

Attend machine downtime for daily operation. Perform preventive maintenance on cleaning equipment. Ensure that equipment is maintained in optimal working condition to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Calibrate and validate equipment according to established procedures and protocols. Perform routine checks and adjustments to ensure accuracy and reliability of measurements and data. Maintain an inventory of spare parts and consumables for particle engineering equipment. Monitor stock levels, reorder supplies as needed and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of replacement parts. Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance activities, including maintenance schedules, work orders, calibration logs and equipment manuals. Document maintenance procedures and updates to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards. The role requires a minimum of 3 hours daily hands-on usage of a Low Power Microscope for particle analysis and verification activities. Support engineering activities.

Requirements:

Education Requirement: Diploma and above Technical Skill Requirement: Ability to troubleshoot a variety of machinery and equipment effectively to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Proficiency in utilizing scopes or similar diagnostic tools to interpret data and troubleshoot technical problems accurately. Experience/Soft Skill: Strong problem-solving ability, excellent attention to detail, effective communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of the team.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
