Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
:1) Work together with shift lead on the plan, coordinate, and carry out day to day operations support task.
2) Monitor the environmental conditions of the data center to ensure they are in optimum for servers and other devices (BMS, HVAC, UPS, Genset & electrical distribution equipment).
3) Perform first level troubleshooting, resolution and escalation based on predefined troubleshooting guide provided.
4) Execute emergency operations procedure (EOP) as needed.
5) Assist in creating and updating SOP, MOP, and EOP to maintain operational standards and readiness.
6) Ensure data center house rule and policy enforcement are performed with company standard.
7) Maintain Data center uptime and customer SLA.
