Job Purpose and Impact

The Shipment Execution Specialist is responsible to ensure all inbound & outbound activities for Cargill are smoothly operated according to standard requirement.nd activities for Cargill are smoothly operated according to standard requirement.

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible on shipping execution arrangement which include : monitor import & export shipment, incoming empty, laden to port & DND, prepare gate pass for transporter, monitor performance of transporter, daily planning and work closely with stakeholders on custom & logistic matters
• Responsible local deliveries arrangement by working closely with the customer service team on customer requirements as well as monitoring incoming & outgoing for local
• Solicit, collect and organize documentation and data and enter routine data into one or more systems.
• Perform administrative or clerical duties in support of the shipment execution process and complete tasks using industry standard procedures.
• Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
• Minimum of four years of related work experience
• Other minimum qualifications may apply

• Diploma in Logistic/Business Management or other related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of working experience especially in logistic/transportation/shipping/forwarding.
• Good in communication skill both in Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Positive mindset & willing to take a new challenge
• Must be able to work in flexible time & flexible workstation.
• Team player
• Willing to be based at Port Klang or PKFZ or hybrid.
• Willing to accept 12 months contract employment
