Job Description

Submit documents for customs via e-Manifest. Prepare documentation such as Shipping Orders and Bills of Lading. Contact shippers and receivers of goods. Verify vendors' invoices and issue invoices to principals or customers. Assist to reply enquiries on estimated port disbursement account and ship agency services. Prepare & submit invoice on final port disbursement account to principal. Do filing, scan invoices for digital filing and courier shipping documents to principals and customers. Collect payments from customers and monitor customer account. Assist to submit documents for new customers agency appointment with customs. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.

Requirement



At least Diploma holder. 3 years working experience and preferably in the same industry. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Must be computer literate. Good written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
