Job Description

Job Purpose



To assist in coordinating all shipping, logistics, and documentation activities to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods according to customer and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare all relevant shipping documents such as invoice, packing list, delivery order, bill of lading, and export declaration forms. Coordinate and book shipments with freight forwarders, carriers, or transport agents (sea, air, or land). Track and monitor shipment schedules for delivery. Liaise closely with warehouse, planning, and production teams to ensure cargo readiness and document accuracy. Assist with administrative duties such as verifying freight charges, preparing claims, Monitor all company vehicles for servicing and renewal of Puspakom/Road Tax/Insurance/GV SG Permit.

Requirements



Minimum SPM. 0-3 years of experience in shipping, Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with basic shipping systems or SAP. Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills



Experience dealing with freight forwarders, shipping lines, or transporters. Good problem-solving and coordination skills. Willing to work overtime when necessary.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
