Handle all bookings for FOB and MILK loading shipments.
Send booking confirmations to suppliers via email.
Coordinate with the production team to check cargo status and update carriers on container readiness before loading.
For spot bookings, communicate with the marketing or production team to confirm feasibility before proceeding.
2. Container Tracking
Monitor container movements based on the debtor list.
Follow up with shipping lines to investigate and obtain reasons for delayed cargo arrivals.
3. SAP System
Input shipment details into the SAP system on a daily basis.
Ensure that all data in the SAP system is updated accurately and in real time.
