Shipping Assistant

Job Description
Responsible for shipment and delivery arrangement.
Responsible for full set export document preparation.
Responsible for the shipment from its origin country until to the destination warehouse.
Propose innovative ways to improve service and cost, from both technological and process improvements.
To follow up the shipping processes documents, controls of freight payment, audit system and ensure all document, processes and controls are updated.
Efficiently responsive to customers requirement that related to shipment arrangement and ensure customer's requirement are met.
Job Experience
At least SPM/Diploma in Logistic, Transportation or any relevant fields with minimum 1 year experience in Manufacturing/Shipping industry. Good computer and communication skills.
Mandarin speaker is an advantage
Have great sense of urgency and able to handle multi tasks under pressure. Able to start immediately.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Tanjung Langsat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
Shipping/ Logistics: 2 years (Preferred)
