Job Responsibility Reporting to the Shipping Manager, this position is responsible for the following: Issue delivery instructions to factory and freight forwarding agents Check that all shipping documents are prepared accurately and consistent with the stipulations in the customers Letter of Credit Liaise with factory, forwarders, transporters and the relevant logistic partners for timely delivery of shipment Maintain good and tactful communications with internal and external parties through all phases of the journey of the shipment To undertake any other tasks as reasonably assigned by Superior Job Requirements GREEN HPSP (M) SDN BHD is an established producer of specialty natural rubber, exporting to five continents across the globe. This position is based at the corporate office in Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya. Qualification And Job Requirements Possess a Diploma, preferably in Shipping & Logistics / Management / Business Studies Have minimum 2 years work experience in logistics or purchasing Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin Computer literate and able to work independently Mature, possess good interpersonal skill, courteous, polite, meticulous and positive attitude Able to work with all levels of staff in the Company and a willing good team player Those without the required academic qualification but possess adequate work experience in the related field may also apply.
