Job Responsibilities

1. Planning, monitor & scheduling shipment to customer.
2. Ensure on time delivery schedule and update delivery status to relevant parties.
3. In charge of all shipping documentations such as delivery order, packing list and other related.
4. Coordinate with carriers and outsource logistics partners efficiently.
5. Responsible for communicating with customs and freight forwards on import/export declarations.
6. Understand and familiar with LMW-related import and export trade law, policy, regulation and operating procedures.
7. Solving logistics activity related issues and report to the management accordingly.
8. Plan, coordinate and manage lorry drivers' daily routine.
9. To carry out assignments according to ISO requirements.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum SPM and above.
2. Must have 2 years experiences in shipping and custom side.
3. LMW experience is an advantage.
4. Experience in Navision is an advantage.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
6. Good written, interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Able to work independently, good time management and team player.
8. Applicant willing to work in Taman Perindustrian Sinergi, Senai.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
