Handle full spectrum of procurement & shipping process independently, including sourcing, negotiation with vendors, order issuing, shipping documentation and to comply per company SOP & policy as well as compliance to import / export regulation requirement.
Monitor and control company freight cost, look for the best rates from freight providers.
Negotiate and conclude ocean transportation arrangements with shipping lines.
Liaise closely with agents and suppliers to ensure that cargo readiness matches vessels arrival
Liaise with Forwarder & Shipping Company, arrange delivery and space booking.
To monitor and follow up on meeting the require delivery schedule.
To communicate & interact well with external & internal parties.
Assist the in-house logistic team to achieve smooth logistic operation and timely scheduling.
To liaise and coordinate with forwarders / transporters on the logistic / shipment of incoming and outgoing goods in a timely manner.
To respond & ensure effective coordination on delivery.
Coordinate with the main office on any order / shipment / document related.
To provide assistance and support to Senior Manager and International Sales Team.
Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
At least 4 years of working experience in the related field.
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Logistic / Supply Chain or equivalent.
Good in communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
