Job Description
Shipping Executive.
Our client, an established SG based manufacturer in the precision components industry. We are looking to hire an experienced Shipping Executive to join the team. In this role, you\'re expected to ensure compliance of LMW and customs regulations for overseas shipments.
Industry: Manufacturing/Production (Precision Components)
Working Hour: Monday to Friday
Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru
s:
- Responsible for all tasks related to LMW, license renewal/application, monthly reports submission.
- Obtain approval for subcon activities, sales of machinery, scraps and disposals, sales of FG, and returns.
- Liaise with customs and authority for matters related to exemption and permit applications for import/exports shipments.
- Liaise with forwarder on weekly submission of customs declaration form.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and update the latest changes of any rules and regulations from time to time.
- Min. 3 years of relevant working experience in customs compliance/shipping/logistics function or relevant.
- Min. Diploma education level or above.
- Required language - English, Bahasa Malaysia.
