Shipping Executive (operation) Contract
Job Description
Responsibilities: Prepare shipment schedules for Export shipments and assist in coordination between production/logistic/haulier/warehouse to ensure cargo readiness to meet shipment date. Check and provide updates on shipping status to all related parties via tele-communications and/or e-mails. Prepare related import/export documentations including weekly shipping schedule. Coordinate and arrange for dispatch of shipping documents to forwarding agents for cargo clearance purposes. Monitor progress of delivery of containers from discharge port to warehouse/buyer to ensure timely delivery. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to succeed: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in shipping or forwarding field. SPM leavers with relevant experience will be considered. Familiar in using Ms Word and Excel. Ability to communicate effectively and build collaborative relationships. Ability to work with minimal support and as part of a team. Proactive in driving desired outcome. Organised, meticulous and a problem solver. Additional information: EPF, Socso provided Annual bonus
