Handle full set L/C and non-L/C shipping documentations Manual invoice, packing list and various others document to cater L/C requirement SAP generated invoice and packing list for non-L/C documents Data entry vessel information in SAP prior systems generated invoice and packing list SI submission, B/L checking and confirmation to Shipping line/Agent upon container and seal number available Confirm cargo readiness prior SI submission Online application of MITI CoO and manual Chamber of Commerce CoO. Handle health cert, Free sales cert, Veterinary health certificate, Maqis, Phytosanitary cert (if require) Application of Marine Insurance for all shipments under prepaid terms. To assist documentation for others region (if any/when needed) Update, manage and keep track of daily shipment report and documents copy daily shipment Preparing and keep track monthly report Checking vendor invoices on additional charges from 3rd parties (Liner/Freight agent/Port Authority) Counter check with respective Agent/Shipping line on detention/demurrage charges - request DN to Finance to bill back the cost Follow up freight payment to Shipping Line and/or Agent Knowledgeable in basic customs rules and HS code Responsible for cost analysis of COO - MITI and Chamber of commerce Responsible for any others ad-hoc task assigns as and when needed by HOD

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in related field Minimum Diploma with 5 years' working experince or Degree in Logistics Well versed in Bahasa Melayu and English (oral and written) In depth knowledge in Microsof office suits and SAP.
