Job Description

Responsibilities:

Handle and prepare all relevant shipping documents [Invoices, Packing list, Custom Forms, Bill of Landing, Certificate of Origin & etc.] to ensure compliance to Local and oversea shipment requirements and avoid delay of shipping operation. Liaise and communicate with any relevant parties to organize and follow up the shipment progress and status to ensure shipment arrangement within schedule as planned and avoid delay. Responsible to handle and follow up for legalisation changes of shipment requirements to ensure shipping activities compliances of rules and regulations and avoid increase expenses cost occurred. Liaise and organize the sampling of products as per schedule with KKM for products laboratory test to ensure the products meet and fulfil the KKM export products specification. Support and coordinate to resolve issues related with shipping and overseas customer or supplier to ensure uninterrupted shipment operations. Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking Other duties as deemed necessary.

Qualifications:

Degree in Business - Administrative / Logistic / Supply Chain or equivalent Preferable with at least 2 years working experience in handling import & export document preparation or related field Proficient in
