Job Description

Jobs Responsibility :

1. Export Container & Shipment Manage. included arrange shipment, packing list, invoice of export shipment. LC & Payemnt TT status.

2. Responsible for logistics operations, including planning, optimizing the logistics process, and complying with the regulation.

3. Make timely bookings and confirm logistics schedules based on the company's receiving and logistics status.

4. Responsible for communicating with customs and freight forwards on import/export declarations and the production of related documents

5. Liaise with carrier for booking confirmation booking either some carriers & submit online. Freight forwarder manage and vessel space availability

6. Online submitted FORM (SOB, CO) for every shipment

7. Apply certificate in online systems (Dagangnet & MICCI systems) and follow up status & Approval

8. Deal with forwarding. Ensure port system updated booking no within time stipulated to easy container laden back. Submit VGM and SI within cut off time by email or go thru online

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
