Company Description FatHopes Energy is a market leader in the sustainable biofuel industry, focused on developing advanced biofuel solutions from waste and residue feedstocks. We work closely with certification bodies to ensure materials are acceptable and processed to justify additional waste and residue acceptance. We supply several types of sustainable biofuel feedstocks to numerous end-users and have developed a robust chain of custody system since 2018. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Shipping Executive located in Shah Alam. The Shipping Executive will be responsible for day-to-day activities, including communication with customers, export documentation, execution of exports and forwarding, and managing freight. The Shipping Executive will need to coordinate with various departments within the company, such as operations and finance, to ensure that all shipments are executed in a timely and efficient manner. Qualifications Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Minimum 2 years experience in export documentation and execution in logistics, transportation, or related field Knowledge of forwarding and shipping processes Ability to manage freight activities and schedules Attention to detail and ability to multitask Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel
