Take ownership of end-to-end palm oil trade execution, managing domestic and export shipments with precision across high-volume contracts. This role offers direct impact on operational performance, stakeholder coordination, and risk mitigation within a fast-paced global commodities environment.

• Manage full execution cycle for domestic shipments, including road tanker bulking activities
• Support export bulk shipments in coordination with regional execution teams
• Issue and verify trade contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely documentation
• Handle L/C opening, document preparation, and clean presentation under sales L/C
• Liaise with suppliers, surveyors, vessel agents, customs, and terminals to ensure smooth shipment flow
• Collaborate with internal teams (Accounting, Treasury, Credit Risk, Compliance)

A successful Senior Execution Executive (Palm) should have:

• 3-6 years of experience in bulk shipment execution, preferably in palm oil
• Strong knowledge of FOSFA & PORAM contract terms, Incoterms, UCP/ISBP rules
• Experience with L/C negotiation and shipping documentation (B/L, certificates, etc.)
• Ability to manage high-volume shipments and tight deadlines
• Fluent in English or Mandarin is an advantage
• Strong judgment, common sense, and a collaborative mindset
