Responsible to complete all documentation related to export and import and specific to the exit/destination country. Liaise with external - shipping company, Forwarding Internal - Production, Marketing, Preparation of invoices ensuring shipping document are calculated accurately and passed onto customer. Generating and processing customs document on time Pull, pack and ship finished goods Make sure that items are loaded onto shipment vehicle in a safe and timely manner Manage and follow-up to ensure on time delivery. Prepare & monitor all filling documentation for import & export Manage & facilitate the haulier / transport ordering Renewal of MITI and MICCI related documents Ensure proper filling and records Follow-up Finance / Liaise Consignee payment status / banking document Ensuring all containers bound for discharge and loading have all necessary travel plans Daily Planning / Weekly Planning - Container movement Handle Billing activity. Liaise with account dept for yearly Finance Audit
Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Logistic/Transportation, Others or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Shipping or equivalent. Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.
