Job Description

CUSTOMS:

Prepare and submit monthly custom report (M1 & M2) to custom office before 28th of every month.

Apply an exemption from custom office if an import item is not listed in our LMW license (custom officer need 3-7 working days to process the application).

After every scrap (monthly), need to prepare "Sijil Permusnahan" and must to submit to custom office.

Prepare and submit yearly custom report (M4) and need to submit to custom office before 28th of January at every year.

Prepare and submit application of LMW renewal at every two years before end of 30th June.

Establishing good professional relationships with Custom and company.

DOE:

Every month need to arrange the industrial effluent discharge monitoring.

Every month need to update by key in the lab report data into system (OER) for industrial effluent after receive a report from ENVILAB.

Check the scheduled waste store and update the qty (kg) in E-SWISS system.

Update in E-SWISS system (admin) for every inventory.

Every 6 month need to dispose the schedule waste (SW410,SW409,SW204,SW322).

Issues consignment note after disposal thru E-SWISS system.

Establishing good professional relationships with DOE and company.

FIRE FIGHTHING DEPARTMENT:

Apply Fire Certificate renewal at every year.

Get update from vendor UNIVERSAL FIRE for firefighting maintenance at every

two months.

Ensure all the fire extinguisher in a valid date and had been renew.

Get an update from ISCADA for servicing.

Establishing good professional relationships with BOMBA and company.

E-dik SURUHANJAYA TENAGA (IMPORT):

Apply renewal license for import at every year thru online e-dik system.

Prepare all document needed and update thru system.

SURUHANJAYA TENAGA (ELECTRIC ROOM):

Apply renewal license for electric room at every year.

Prepare for calibration at transformer at every two years.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
