Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and certified Safety & Health Officer (SHO) to join our construction team at the Pasir Gudang.

The SHO will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with DOSH requirements and maintaining a safe working environment for all site personnel.

Must possess a valid DOSH Green Book (Registered SHO).

Good communication skills in

English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).

Minimum 5 years working experience in construction or oil & gas projects. Able to work full-time on-site at Pengerang. Strong knowledge of OSHA, FMA, and Malaysian safety regulations. Familiar with HSSE standards for high-risk industrial construction. Ensure compliance with OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, CIDB, DOSH, and client HSSE requirements. Able to work independently in a multi-contractor environment. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare investigation reports. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly site safety inspections and prepare reports. Coordinate with the site team, subcontractors, and client representatives on all HSSE matters. Maintain site safety documentation, permits-to-work, and statutory records.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
