Requirements

• Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certificate or equivalent.
• Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates seeking a full-time position.
• Demonstrate proficiency in customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Exhibit strong inventory management skills, including stocktaking, replenishment, and organization.
• Capable of safely and efficiently handling delivery driving responsibilities within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
• Possess excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, enabling effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge of You Lin Stationery Enterprise's offerings.
• Maintain the physical stamina required for lifting, carrying, and moving merchandise during deliveries and within the store.
• Demonstrate accuracy and responsibility in cash handling procedures, including processing transactions and managing cash floats.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the shop by providing product information, answering inquiries, and guiding them in their purchasing decisions to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Manage and maintain shop inventory, including receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise, as well as conducting regular stock checks to minimize discrepancies and prevent stockouts.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process customer transactions accurately, handle cash and electronic payments, and provide receipts while adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Prepare and load orders for delivery, ensuring that items are correctly packed and secured to prevent damage during transit, and verify the accuracy of the delivery manifest.
• Perform delivery duties by safely and efficiently transporting goods to customers' locations in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, adhering to traffic laws and delivery schedules.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop floor, including arranging displays, dusting shelves, and ensuring a tidy and presentable environment for customers.
• Provide after-sales support to customers, addressing any concerns or issues related to their purchases, and facilitating returns or exchanges in accordance with company policy.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a cohesive working environment, supporting colleagues in various tasks as needed.
