Your Role:
Greet & assist visitors with a warm smile
Manage entrance & check-in
Keep the playground clean & organized
Sell tickets, memberships & products
Handle customer inquiries with excellent service
Monitor kids' safety while they play
Manage shop area - snacks, toys & merchandise
What We're Looking For:
Friendly, energetic & love working with kids
Good communication in English (Malay a plus)
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Retail or customer service experience is a bonus
Basic computer skills for ticket & cash handling
Reliable, punctual & a team player
