1. Serves customers & assist them with completing their purchases.
2. Ensures smooth running and proper maintenance of the sales floor.
3. Identify the needs of customers and make suitable recommendations.
4. Increasing sales in store.
5. Ensures that shelves are properly stored and clean at all times.
6. Ensures that store is always clean.
7. Prevent shoplifting & damage to goods.
8. Help process refunds & exchanges.
9. Maintaining daily sales report & daily inventory report.
10. Receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and deliveries accordingly.
11. Processing customer payments using the shop's Point of Sale (POS) System.
12. Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store item to provide advice and recommendations as needed.
13. Follow all companies' policies and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
