Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet customers, answer inquiries, handle customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Management: Share product information with customers.
Cashier Work: Assist cashiers, process transactions, and manage cash and banking payments.
Sales Support: Promote promotional activities and assist in achieving sales targets
Store Cleaning: Maintain a clean and orderly store environment, regularly conducting cleaning and organizing.
Other Administrative Work: Assist in inventory management, record sales data, and provide sales data support.
