Job Description

We are seeking responsible and dedicated individuals to join our retail team as Shop Assistants and Cashiers.

Shop Assistant Responsibilities:

Receive, unpack, and arrange newly delivered stocks Label and organize goods on display shelves Assist customers in locating desired products Handle customer inquiries and complaints courteously Perform duties with accuracy and attention to detail Carry out instructions with a positive and hardworking attitude Support daily retail selling activities

Cashier Responsibilities:

Manage the cashier counter and order station Handle cash and payment transactions accurately Ensure accounts are updated with no discrepancies Perform duties with precision and attention to detail Follow given instructions with a positive working attitude Count and verify daily collections and submit to the Cashier Head Process sales transactions (scan and pack products, etc.) according to company procedures

Job Requirements:

Minimum SPM qualification Age 18-35 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Able to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Prior retail experience or basic retail knowledge is an added advantage

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
