Job Description

The Shop Assistant

is responsible for assisting the Retail Store Manager in floor operations, managing inventory, and providing good customer service.

The Cashier

is responsible for receiving payments, issuing receipts and maintaining accurate records of all cash and credit transactions.

Shop Assistant:

Receiving, unpacking and arranging newly delivered stocks Labelling and organizing goods on display shelves Assisting customers in locating the products they're looking for Handling customer complaints and inquiries courteously Must be sharp, precise and careful in performing duties Responsible for retail selling activities

Cashier:

To be in charge of the cashier counter and order station To handle cash transactions and assist customers efficiently To ensure all accounts are updated regularly, with no discrepancies or missing cash from the drawer or account Must be sharp, precise and careful in handling the job Hardworking and positive in all instructions given To count and verify the daily collection and submit it to the Cashier Head To process sales transactions (scan and pack products etc.) according to procedure

Job Requirements:

Min SPM Age between 18-30 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Prior experience or basic knowledge in retail is an added advantage
