The Shop Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, operations, and performance of multiple outlets. This role ensures that outlets are well-maintained, customers receive proper assistance, and collections are carried out accurately and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Outlet Cleaning & Maintenance
Ensure both interior and exterior of washers and dryers are cleaned, including the drum, glass window, and door seal.
Clean detergent and softener compartments regularly.
Remove lint and clean lint filter drawers to maintain machine efficiency.
Sweep and mop the entire outlet floor (front and back areas) and brush the walkway outside the outlet.
Wipe and remove dust from all vending and kiosk machine tops.
Wipe and empty recycle bins, ensuring mini boxes are properly organized for future use.
Empty trash bins and maintain cleanliness at all times.
Clean ceiling fans and remove spider webs around the ceiling on a weekly basis.
Brush and clean machine room drainage weekly to prevent blockage.
2) Customer Service & Assistance
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist customers with the use of laundry machines and guide them through proper operation.
Provide assistance to customers using Pay Wave and mobile applications for payment.
Attend to customer inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly.
3) Outlet Sales Collection
Perform sales collections from washers, dryers, and vending machines every alternate day, starting from the 1st until the last day of each month.
Ensure all collections are properly recorded, counted, and handed over according to company SOP.
Report any discrepancies or machine issues immediately to the management.
4) Outlet Supervision & Reporting
Supervise and monitor the operation of 3-4 outlets within the assigned region.
Conduct regular visits to ensure outlets are clean, operational, and staff (if any) are performing as required.
Prepare and submit reports on outlet condition, sales collection, and maintenance updates.
Stand by to cover outlet duties during emergencies or staff absences.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of working experience in retail, service, or outlet operations.
Possess own transport and willing to travel between outlets.
Fit and energetic, able to perform cleaning tasks and travel between outlets regularly.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
