Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES



Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Supervise and guide staff on customer service, cashiering, and stock management.

Monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure product availability.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

Prepare daily/weekly reports and assist in achieving sales targets.

Ensure store cleanliness and compliance with safety and company standards.

No experience is required to apply, but knowing about a shop leader is also welcome to apply

Age 20-30years

Male candidate priorities

Have own transport

Able to work flexibly

Minimum SPM qualification

Supervisor applicants must have min 2 years of retail sales experience in a similar position

Friendly, courteous and self motivated

Willing to commit shift hours including weekends and public holidays

Fresh graduates are encourage to apply as training will be provided

Can speak Chinese fluently or Chinese Is welcome to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,842.73 per month
