THE POSITION The Shopper Marketing Manager for Henkel Consumer Brands is responsible for turning category and marketing strategies into best-in-class Retail Activation, whilst maximising our investment and returning the best ROI in this omnichannel space. They will recommend the best tools and levers to invest in and continuously monitor performance to learn and adjust plans as measurement becomes more sophisticated and available and will work closely with internal stakeholders, our customers and our agencies to design and implement a best-in-class activation plan online and in store. This role is located at our brand-newheadquarters, Chatswood CBD and we offer a hybrid working environment. Dare to make an impact YOUR ROLE Work with Category team to create Shopper activations campaigns based on Category Strategy and Shopper styles. Have a great knowledge of path to purchase and appropriate touchpoints. Lead shopper activations calendar and drive customer and brand workshops (as part of annual planning process). Lead activations meetings between marketing and sales and manage the POS agency relationships. Plan and Manage the Shopper Marketing budget:develop a comprehensive in-store and online plan, working with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop and execute plans which deliver the category strategy. Conduct post program analysis - review return on investment (ROI) and identify continuous improvements for future. Point of Sale Development: develop a range of innovative POS concepts aligned with brand objectives and customer needs to deliver outstanding in store execution of HCB brands. Leverage Shopper Deep Dive insights to integrate into new POSM materials (particularly new bins/hangsells/trays). Go-To-Market Excellence: To be the key Sales Team Lead for all new and existing product implementations. Deliver and present Go-to-Market tools to the sales team, ensuring on time delivery true to brand identity and key messaging. YOUR SKILLS Formal tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a business-related discipline. Minimum of five (5) years\' experience in FMCG environment. Strong collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills Proven entrepreneurial mindset displaying agility. Strong communication, prioritisation & presentation skills. Strong stakeholder management and impact, influencing across matrixed organisations. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships. Data & technology, sound understanding of Nielsen, Quantium, IRI. Strong financial and commercial acumen. Henkel is an equal opportunity employer.
