Job Description

Customer Service & Sales

Greet visitors:

Welcome customers and guests to the showroom in a friendly, professional manner.

Product knowledge:

Stay informed about products and brands to provide detailed information and personalized recommendations.

Sales support:

Assist customers in finding appropriate styles and sizes, and process sales transactions.

Customer care:

Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and cultivate positive customer relationships.
Showroom Maintenance & Operations

Cleanliness:

Keep the showroom and associated areas (like storage) clean, tidy, and presentable.

Visual merchandising:

Help arrange displays, set up mannequins, and organize products to maintain high visual standards.

Inventory management:

Assist with receiving shipments, restocking shelves, labeling products, and tracking samples and stock levels.
Administrative & General Duties

Administrative support:

Help with filing, copying, processing invoices, and managing sales reports.

Team collaboration:

Coordinate with other showroom staff to ensure smooth operations.

Security awareness:

Remain alert to prevent product theft and adhere to security and health & safety procedures.

Opening and closing:

Follow established schedules for opening and closing the showroom.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Mandarin (Required) English (Required)
Work Location: In person
