Main Duties
: Based at the hip APW Bangsar KL location, with a desirable daily working shift
: Responsible in providing customers with exceptional service by meeting their individual needs and expectations, as well as serving as a \xe2\x80\x9cKhoon Hooi Ambassador\xe2\x80\x9d by promoting the philosophy and values of the brand

Sales
: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual store sales goals
: Provide an exceptional customer service experience by exceeding their expectations, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products
: Customer relationship management \xe2\x80\x93 updating customer contact details, rewarding high spenders, maintaining and developing relationships

Operations
: Dealing with clients and production, in regards to inquiries and orders. Following through from appointment to fitting to completion to pick-up stages
: Showroom maintenance and presentation.
: Daily administration for retail sales and client activity matters
: Conducting and reporting of inventory
: Work as a team player and partner with fellow colleagues, foster open and constructive communication, to contribute to a positive working environment
: Adhere to grooming standards and guidelines

Public Relations
: Manage loans including inventory, send outs, returns and requests
: Tracking post-loan publicity

Others
: Participating in trunk shows
