- Minimum SPM/O level & above
- Familiar with retail sales process strong verbal & good communication skills
- Ablility to multi-task, prioritize & manage time effectively
- Excellent computer skills (MS office & SQL system)
- Working hour Monday - Saturday, 9am - 5.30pm
- Greet & direct customers to provide accurate information
- Respond to complaints from customers for after sales support
- Work with sales team to provide excellent customer service
- Assist sales team to manage schedules, filing important documents & communicationg relevant information across
