Junior Conveyancing Lawyer
Job Description
1. To handle all conveyancing matters such as preparing SPA for project / sub-sale, loan and other conveyancing files until completion / commercial agreement.
2. Preparing and attending to legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation.
3. Attending to clients, correspondences, prepare status report and other types of work assigned by the firm from time to time.
4. From 1 to 2 years experience in sub-sales, sub loans, projects and loans and commercial agreements is required for this position is an advantage, but fresh graduates with good attitude are encourage to apply.
5. Able to work under minimal supervision and independently, traveling, meticulous, possess leadership skills and teamwork qualities.
6. Self-motivated and meticulous with strong work ethnics, a committed team player who is honest, responsible and reliable.
7. Must be proficient in English, BM & Chinese.
8. Having own transportation is essential.
