You will be accountable for setting, planning, and ensuring execution of sales strategy within the SI channel and the assigned key account, to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets for our product business in a profitable way. Key KPIs you will be responsible for are order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will proactively lead, develop and coach the sales organization to exceed the sales targets through high performance. The work model for the role is: #hybrid This role is contributing to Electrification Smart Power and Smart Building Division in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. You will be mainly accountable for: xe2x80xa2 Anticipating and identifying the shortfalls in performance and takes appropriate remedial actions, proactively. xe2x80xa2 Identifying and evaluating new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determines plans for implementation, and allocates required resources. xe2x80xa2 Planning and executing customer surveys and acts on the survey results to ensure high level of customer satisfaction. xe2x80xa2 Participating in the negotiation of key contracts.Qualifications for the role
