Siebel Application AMS Lead

Experience leading a team

Experience managing project implementation, costing, planning and resourcing

Responsible for activities involving effort estimation, approval process, draft work orders, follow up on purchase orders and track payment milestone

Work closely with the cross-functional team members within the organization and manage vendors to collaboratively roll-out changes and production fixes meeting the Service Level Agreement

Responsible for activities involved in the analysis, design, development, troubleshooting, debugging and deployment to production environments

Participate in and help lead design and code reviews

Analyse and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources

Develop effort estimates and plan implementation of products, based on requirement documents

Work with the Quality Assurance team to help design test plans and support testing tools and processes

Create and maintain documentation as needed

Stays abreast of current technology, new technological advances, and company standards

Qualifications

Requirements:

Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent

Minimum 5 year of experience in software development

Experienced in system architecture design, design review and code review (Siebel)

Experience using common Source Code Management tools

Experienced in building financial services products (payments, banking, customer relationship management) would be added advantage

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn, along with quality team lead role

Well organized and able to meet tight deadline with good quality

Able to work independently, detail-oriented, and have strong problem-solving skills

Enjoys working in a collaborative, technically challenging environment with rapidly changing requirements

Proven team player with a solid delivery track record of building cutting edge software products

Strong verbal and written communication skills, professional, confident, assertive
